Mar. 6th, 2024 09:31 amas part of my 'gahhhh i can't concentrate' fiasco yesterday (which culminated in going home to be sad and watch poirot), I moved one of the blue Lighting Diffusers that came with the room (the fabric kind) to go OVER my desk instead of over there.
reader, i have no windows in my office, just these fluorescents, and i haven't invested in a Good Lamp because by the time I do that I should be moving into the spare window'ed office. Meanwhile I trot around and stare out the hallway window as needed for a Good Think.
The kids and the internet yell about Blue Light, and this is a blue diffuser so it results in a dimmer light that is somewhat blue. It's calmer in here like a rainy day - which it is. I'm not sure I like it, but it's certainly calmer than the Fluor's.
