- The Car Wash. If you're able to drive, this is a thing that can kill some time & help you feel productive & keep your germs to the household & not require Physical Activity!
- Clearing out the medicine cabinet(s) or old makeup. Notice you're out of nyquil? Found some dayquil that expired in 2022? yeah, if you can handle the physical effort involved with this task, throw it allllll away. put the cold medicines together. put the first-aids together. pretend it's a pharmacy and organize your 'aisles.' And then go rest.
- cleaning out an old backpack or purse - what will you keep? throw it on the table. what will you never use again? throw it in a trash bag.
