a little worse today and that is okay

i think it would be funny to add "and that is okay" to each of my subject lines this year.

Anyway, I'm feeling more sensitive, feeling anxious in my gut today and yesterday.  

One thing that doesn't help is that there is a deal going on where a student made a threat against the high school - everything is currently okay but that's a serious thing and pardon me, but a bummer. 

so i'm distracted, kinda down (for various reasons!) and feeling a bit overwhelmed at the catchup from 'winter break' and 'bereavement days.'

on the other hand - spring is clearly on its way (the mosses are green!), bluestone sent an emaail that made me drool about coneflowers, I talked to 3 girlfriends on the phone this weekend.  I went to Keene by myself first, to get Professional Pants that Fit and lo, found my 'look,' so i feel good today on that note, and then I went back to keene with meg to go to the witchy shop.  

Between springtime thirst and vague seeking-something-spiritualness, I had a bright idea to turn the treehouse into a witch cottage.  I started that with stuff we had laying around the house. 

So those are the bright spots today, plus the sympathy bouquets are nice!
