nice things

Sometimes when I shower and wash my hair, i'm very discouraged because it's like "my hair looks dumb, why did i bother washing it and styling it?" or when I do makeup that looks nice at home i just look crazed when i look in the mirror (which is most likely just the face i'm making).
Haven't gotten any compliments on my haircut & color :( it's pretty subtle though. Dark chocolate. Since I usually go for some copper or burdundy tints i'm worried i look a bit washed out, but I can sorta go for this wintry look. Hopefully Miss Eileen who did the hair and After Picture will send me or tag me in the picture at least.
Maybe i should learn to contour so I can try to disguise my chin!
I should get to work but i was working late last night - my chairman was a keynote speaker so I went to his presentation.
In other news the bunny seems excited to see me when I come to the cage. He doesn't always go to the places I can reach him but he always comes right up to me. I've seen him do the happy hop a couple times (known as binky) (dan thinks i made up that word) and i've clipped his toenails without getting mauled so i think we're making progress as pet owners. He hasn't gotten loose since Thursday so we got that going for us.
So, having a white rabbit has been totally unrelated to my collecting Alice in Wonderland stuff recently, like my watch and my Queen of Hearts halloween costume. The halloween costume led to my trunk or treat theme of Wonderland, which i can't wait to work on (i got supplies at target) and now, i'm considering bringing Thumper in a cage, but i think it might freak him out. That would be so extra.
Anyway supplies for a Wonderland trunk;
1 white and gold pumpkin tablecloth (base?)
2 leaf garlands
1 flower light-up garland
1 chalkboard garland to write words on
1 black-and-white thingy (another garland? Idk)
1 faux pumpkin for making cheshire cat (with a "make a cat" decorating kit, to be adapted)
6 glittery pumpkins in burgundy and teal
1 blue Drink Me bottle
(deck of cards)
All I'll need is a hat, a blue caterpillar, and ... my teapots? Idk. Suggestions welcome!
