Jun. 27th, 2025 08:21 amI'm annoyed with the whole "take some responsibility for not bugging and nagging people to get it done" thing and "don't be afraid to push back."
A bunch of people in various roles ignored roles we CLEARLY set - a major issue is coming out of that, and there's a small thing from where it happened in another milieu.
And.
Our [paid] grantwriter said "yes I will put this in the grant" and then she just DIDN'T and I'm like, let's pay for this, and it's not there. I started to think "should i have bugged her to make sure my stuff is accounted for?" For pete's sake... No.
And also this is going to be a medium sized issue because we have to pay for the thing by like, saturday, and we don't have a method of doing that.
