i forgot i posted that but it still rings true even hours later


the owner of the plant ("facility") where i work buys every lady flowers today in honor of secretaries' day administrative professionals day lovely ladies week.    I have a bouquet of dasies, toulips, asters and roses on my desk :)

Part of my brain is flipping through a card catalog looking for evidence of sexism in this, and the rest of my brain tackled that part and said WE ARE GETTING FLOWERS.  GO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PROBLEMS, DON'T YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO
