I am trying to balance my need for self-care & recovery or whatever it is with family obligations and right now I am feeling worn thin.

But.

That is part of why I have this job right now, why I'm playing small and trying to give myself enough mental energy to do Parenting Stuff this year.

Had a small chat with ty's teacher that made me feel more like 'oh man he needs help' which is rough. then a chat with m's therapist because honestly we were due for a catchup but I essentially borrowed the session for msyelf. dangit. oops. that's not how that should go.

m's home sick again today, but it was logical.

I'm bracing for a snow/ice storm (and possible snowday).

I was trying to figure how to spend Friday in a Rechargng kind of way. I have a chunk of time before arriving at airport (flight's at 2:30) then a chunk of time for a layover. I guesss I'll play it by ear and eat things that are tasty and maybe won't make me full of regret.

Also I spent too much effin time on specialty camp applications for the kids. It's In-Depth. And I think I need more 'activities' for Meg's summer.
