To me, UNO is all about living in the now, making the best decisions you have with what you have in the moment and actually enjoy a flow with some unpredictability. Chess is strategy that you have to plan out a very long game, considering many steps ahead. Idk if any of that resonates with you but that’s what my brain tells me to share. Also my dad used to be a substitute teacher and he told me he loved just showing up having no idea what the lesson plan would be or what the students would be like and just FIGURING IT OUT. I feel like that has an UNO vibe.
