finally found the freaking records
Jan. 31st, 2024 09:21 amit's worth a curse but I'm on a school network so I just feel like I shouldn't swear - not that anything will happen - so be advised I'm shouting it in my head -
They FOUND the FREAKING DRIVE with the stuff I need...... and apparently gave me access .... and didn't freaking tell me. I found a file that said in the 'x-grant' drive, and i said, wow what's that, and went to 'file information' and found the folder and found that I was the one with access and it was created 12-3.
jesus effing christ.
While I'm glad it exists and I can find this shit,.....i both feel annoyed at myself for 'not knowing' and also annoyed at IT for not fucking telling me they did the thing we asked them to do and how to fucking find it. see, it's put me over the edge.
Got a few useful things so far. Remember how i had to design my own fucking FORMS and ASK PEOPLE if they'd made any referrals because i had NOTHING?!?!?!?!
