I think I shed an old skin and am in a new one. When reptiles shed they're itchy and uncomfortable.

Jan to March was kinda like that - itchy & uncomfortable in my head. This is kind of a gross metaphor though. Butterflies are prettier, but also gross, but also butterflies only go through their specific phases - egg, caterpillar, pupa, butterfly.

I think most of us level up every few years and it's not always as dramatic and weird as butterflies.

anyway all this is to say i'm not panicky at this time and feel somewhat confident.
