I wish these little icons weren't quite so little!

i think this is an awesome design but it's hard to see it.

I have all new problems and challenges with this organization - basically, challenges related to success, which is soooo weird. We're gaining notoriety and stuff; lots of people want to work with us, partner with us, start programs, etc. I'm throwing back some of these fish, though. And it is still VERY weird to decide I'm at a level where I can turn down requests for meetings. Feels like such an asshole move. Or opportunities to join boards of directors - i am saying NO to people about that. Again, weird to be asked, and weirder still to be selective.

It's like when you finish high school and you realize you don't have to be friends with everyone and you can be selective and choose the people you admire?

IDK. Still feels egotistical.
