ohhhhhh yeahhhhhh i forgot about that

 the eye doctor kept telling me to not rub my eyes, and I really didn't think I did that much esp with these big honking glasses but ...

I just realized I facepalm and do Stress Face (which is fingertips on eyelids) a lot
